The first thing you should know about Westmoreland Homes is that they’re not a franchise. And that comes with some huge benefits. For one, you’ll get a very personal service – it’s standard practice after all. Managing Director, Willie Hewitt, will meet each and every buyer he works with, oversees the construction of every home, and personally hands over the keys to your new digs.
It’s early days yet, but Westmoreland Homes house and land packages are set to include a range of house sizes, starting at 135 m2 with the largest house on offer at 180m2. Smaller homes will be available at around $750,000, larger homes will sit at the mid $800,000s.
Each house is designed to minimise ‘wasted space’ so that even a 135m2 house has a spacious feel. Designs include three bedrooms and a study, as well as an outdoor living patio area that maximises sun exposure. That said, Westmoreland Homes works with buyers to design a home specific to their tastes and needs, whether that be small adjustments to an off-the-plan design, or redesigning a home from scratch. Westmoreland Homes don’t charge extra for this, neither do they charge for a complementary 3D printed model of your house design.
Each home comes with a Fixed Build Price Guarantee from design through to Code of Compliance, a No Extras Guarantee, a 10-year Structural & Weather-tightness Guarantee and a 90-day Maintenance Guarantee.
